Providing the website
This website is hosted by Alfahosting. Technical connection data is processed to provide and secure the website. Accessing the website requires processing technical connection data such as your IP address, timestamp, requested file and browser information to deliver content and maintain security. Secure delivery is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. See the respective platform privacy notices for details of those services.
Fonts, images and our own videos
Fonts, previews, photographs and our own video files are served with this website. Loading the fonts does not connect to Google Fonts. No analytics or advertising pixels have been added to the website code.
YouTube – only with your consent
YouTube videos load only after you explicitly consent. Before that, no connection to the YouTube player is made. After consent, a youtube-nocookie.com player is embedded. Google or YouTube may then process your IP address, device information and interactions and store or access information on your device. Privacy-enhanced mode does not prevent all processing. Data may be processed outside the EEA, particularly in the United States. The optional integration relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable device-access rules. Google's privacy information explains recipients, transfers and retention.
Changing your choice
Your preference, version and timestamp are stored in your browser's local storage as aero_privacy_v1 for up to 180 days, solely to respect your privacy decision. Use Privacy settings in the footer to allow or reject YouTube at any time. Withdrawing consent removes active YouTube players from this page. It does not automatically erase data already held by Google. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Email and telephone enquiries
When you contact us, we process the details and information you provide to handle your enquiry. Project enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; general enquiries may rely on Article 6(1)(f). Information is retained as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and afterwards only where statutory retention applies. There is no newsletter sign-up.
External links
Instagram, stock platforms and other explicitly linked external services are visited only when you open their links. Their respective privacy notices apply.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Contact form
The contact form sends your details to us by email. There is no CRM or AI chat. To prevent abuse, the web server temporarily stores a hash of the IP address with a request counter. These technical entries are cleared during subsequent requests after one hour.
